WHERE TO BEGIN
Transformation isn’t luck.
It’s not genetics.
It’s not motivation that comes and goes.
It’s a process, one I had to learn, and one I now teach every single day.
1. BUILD
We choose a goal that matters to you.
Create structure that fits your real life, not someone else’s.
Then begin building your future.
2. BELIEVE
Belief isn’t something you start with.
It’s something you gain, with every step you take.
Every workout.
Every meal.
Every promise kept to yourself builds confidence and self-respect.
3. BECOME
Change happens quietly.
Through the work you do consistently.
Until one day, you recognise yourself in the mirror.
The person you always knew you could be.
Change doesn’t happen overnight.
But it does happen when you start.

MY STORY
I didn’t start confident. I didn’t start strong.
I had to build who I wanted to become
I lost seven stone.
I stepped on stage.
I coached others.
And I supported my mum through MND using movement and strength as tools for dignity and presence.
It changed what I believe strength really is.
Strength is not how you look.
Strength is how you show up — in your life, your body, and your mind.
That’s why I coach.
That’s what Fitt-on stands for.
REAL PEOPLE.
REAL CHANGE.

David Trees
FOUND STRENGTH ON THE INSIDE
“I’ve struggled with body image and self-esteem my whole adult life.
Learning to train with purpose has improved not just my body, but my mental health too.
I finally feel proud of myself.”

Debbie McMillan
STRENGTH BEYOND THE PHYSICAL.
Yes, I hit my physical goals — but the real change was internal.
My mindset. My confidence. My belief in myself.
That’s what I’m most grateful for.”

Joe Brezac
Support That Actually Supports.
“I’ve worked with coaches before, but none who actually cared.
This felt different.
The accountability, the guidance, the belief — it’s helped me grow inside and out.”

Pamela Bryant
Stronger Later in Life.
“I didn’t think weight training was for someone my age.
Now I feel stronger, more mobile, and more confident than I’ve been in years.
This hasn’t just helped my body, it’s changed how I carry myself.”
BUILD. BELIEVE. BECOME
FITT-ON MERCH
Not clothing. Identity.
This isn’t fast-fashion fitness wear.
This is a uniform for people who build themselves.
People who train for life — not likes.
Minimal. Heavyweight. Built to last.
Designed to be worn with purpose.
The first drop is coming.
Be ready.
